Hi! Yes!! We are getting married 😊 and finally we can celebrate this with you!
On this page you will find more information about the event, the location, the schedule, the dress code as well as some useful tips & tricks for getting there.
Again, you are all cordially invited to share this special day. We will kick-off at the event – DBlanc in Malgrat de Mar – for a nice cold drink or cocktail at 17:00h. At 17:30h we will start the ceremony so don’t be late! After that we will enjoy an amazing diner outside on the terrace and finally, around 23:00h we will turn up the music and open the dancefloor on the inside.

Dress code
The venue is on the beach, but this doesn’t mean we are not allowed to dress up right? We would like you all to wear something with light colors so white/light beige because we will celebrate Ibiza style!
Please keep in mind that it will cool down during the nights so bring something warm as well, next to your sunglasses.

Gifts(?)
The fact that you will be there yourself at the wedding is the most important thing of course. We know that, for most of you, the location is not exactly next-door. So don’t sweat it, we are not expecting anything else from you!
If you are in a generous mood during the party after some drinks 😉 and you still want to contribute something to, for example our honeymoon, then there will be a small piggy bank just in case.

How to get to Malgrat de Mar?
By plane: fly to Barcelona El Prat Airport, or Girona-Costa Brava Airport.
If you land at Barcelona El Prat Airport, you can get to Malgrat de Mar:
- by car on the C-32, in approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes of travel (there is a couple of euro’s peaje that you can pay with your card).
- bus 603, in approximately 1 hour and 14 min
- by train on the R1, in approximately 2 hours
If you land at Girona-Costa Brava Airport, you can get to Malgrat de Mar:
- by car on the AP-7 or the N-II, between 30 and 45 minutes
- by public transport, in approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, with a change from bus to train in the city of Girona
Contact us for public transport tickets. We have an extra budget/pot for it that we need to spend anyway, so that means free tickets, depending on the demand of course!

Where to stay in Malgrat de Mar?
At https://www.turismemalgrat.com/en you can find an overview of most of the accommodations in the area. There is something for everyone: campings, hotels, appartments, houses, etc.
We do have a coupon code available for you with 8%-10% discount on these hotels: hotel Europa Splash, or hotel Aqua Silhouette. In such a case you will need to book via the hotel page itself. Be smart and also compare the prices with for example Booking.com. Quite often they will provide nice secondary benefits for free such as breakfast, free cancellation or paying at the venue.
